- To provide laboratory diagnostic services for hospitals and clinics for the diagnosis of amino acid and congenital disorder of glycosylation (CDG).
- To conduct and pursue collaborative research in proteomics with local and international researchers.
- To provide training and consultancy services particularly in Inborn Error Metabolism (IEM) and rare disease for the Ministry of Health, Public Health Institute and government and private agencies.
- To evaluate diagnostic kits for the local market.
- To conduct the clinical trial assessment in the area of proteomics.
